To enter France via Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport, travellers must present a valid passport (or identity card for EU nationals) and, for certain nationalities, a valid Schengen visa. Travellers must also be able to prove the reason for their stay, have sufficient financial means to cover their stay and have proof that they will leave the country before their visa or authorised period of stay expires.
